Rated Outstanding by Ofsted, Wandsworth Bridge Nursery and Pre-School provides Early Years education and childcare to children from birth to 5 years old.
You can find us in Fulham, not far from Wandsworth Town station. We’re a spacious, modern setting, with a garden for all-weather outdoor activities.
Our friendly, dedicated staff run lots of activities from science experiments to cooking, gardening, construction, messy play and more.
We focus on the children’s health through dental well-being and healthy eating initiatives. The children love to take care of the nursery pets, helping them learn to protect the environment and wildlife. The children love to venture out into the local community too, with visits to the shops, library and care home.
Our on-site chef prepares balanced meals, using recipes from LEYF’s nutritious menu.

Sandra, nursery manager
Hello, my name is Sandra and I am manager of Wandsworth Bridge Nursery and Pre-School. I have worked here since 2019. Wandsworth Bridge is special because we have a very dedicated staff team with many years of experience, a mixture of ages and a diverse range of staff cultures. We provide many funded places for families on lower incomes and go out into the community to make a positive difference to every child’s life.

Food and nutrition at LEYF
Healthy eating is important at LEYF. Our chefs, trained at our Early Years Chef Academy, understand children’s specific nutritional needs, and how to encourage children to be adventurous in their tastes. We cater for different dietary requirements and allergies.
