All our nurseries have your child’s interest at heart and building good relationships with parents is very important to us. We are confident you and your child will enjoy your time with us, but if you are unhappy for any reason it’s important you let us know.

You can book an appointment to speak with your child’s key person or the Nursery Manager. If the issue is not resolved we would genuinely like to hear your feedback. You can find our full compliments and complaints procedure here.
