Our Stockwell Garden Nursery and Pre-School is located in Lambeth just minutes away from Stockwell Tube Station. We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrator to work 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will help to support the day-to-day running of the nursery and provide much-needed support to the management, staff, and parents.
The role is mostly office-based and key duties include managing the door, ensuring the correct policies are followed, dealing with telephone & email queries, updating staff and children’s files, high volumes of data entry, ordering goods and supplies, as well as sending out communications through applications and emails.
As you will be working within the nursery there may be times during your working day when you would be required to support the staff in the nursery rooms.
