Job Description

Our Nursery is based inside The Weir Link Community Centre, which is close to Clapham South Tube Station. The nursery is open plan, making it a bright and airy setting with separate areas for the different age groups. The staff at Weir Link are a close-knit team that works cohesively together to provide a fun, interactive, and safe environment for the children. We also benefit from having a large garden which the children use regularly and we even grow our own herbs.

We are recruiting for an Early Years Educator to create inspiring experiences for our children, whilst establishing a nurturing environment and encouraging bravery and curiosity in our children’s development. Our Early Years educators excel in teamwork and help support the nursery as it grows into a truly fascinating setting for our children.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent
  • Work experience within an Early Years Setting
  • Knowledge of legislation relevant to Early Years such as EYFS, SEN, safeguarding
  • Ability, flexibility and willingness to take on other responsibilities or duties as deemed necessary
  • To be able to build strong, supportive and professional relationships with children, families and your team
