Job Description
We are recruiting for Early Years Educators for our Micky Star Nursery and Pre-School which is located a short walk from Edgware Road Station. The nursery is based in a large purpose-built building with two gardens, one for toddlers and preschoolers and one for babies.
We are currently recruiting Early Years Educators to join a dedicated and hard-working team. As a LEYF teacher, you will work with your key children ensuring that the activities you are planning are inspiring their learning and development. You will be responsible for observations and safeguarding the children within the setting and ensuring that every day has something unique and fun in store.
Job Requirements
- Full and relevant child-care qualification at level 3 or above
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- 12 months experience working in an early year’s setting
- To continually strive for best practice in yourself and inspiring others
- Have a passion for making a difference to the community
- A child centred approach to teaching using creative and exciting methods to engage and stimulate
Working at Micky Star Nursery and Pre-School
- 1 Baby 1 Toddler & 1 Pre-school room
- 62 place setting
- We have large spacious rooms across 3 floors and a fabulous garden which includes a covered learning area.
- Close to local shops and transport links
