For 25 years I've been working with children here at LEYF and became the manager of Noah's Ark in 2011. I describe myself as calm, patient and approachable. Our nursery is special - not only because is it rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted - but it's also a purpose-built nursery with two garden areas. The team here work closely with the community and we recently won the LEYF Brave Award for our commitment to ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our children. I believe that every child should be listened to, nurtured and that they should be free to develop in their own unique way.
We know it’s our people who make LEYF great. That’s why we value each staff member and offer:
● Pay and conditions above the national average in the nursery sector
● A nurturing, fun and value-led working environment
● An award-winning staff training and development programme
● The opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives
