Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available at our Fire Station Nursery. We are looking for fun and inspiring educators to the team on a part-time basis.

Whether you are looking for more experience in a nursery, or have commitments in the morning, this position works perfectly for you!

Our LEYF educators are an essential part of our team that helps support the children’s learning and development, as well as the smooth running of the nursery.

The hours for this role are Monday-Friday/3pm-6pm.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • To continually strive for best practice in yourself and inspire others
  • Have a passion for making a difference in the community
  • A child-centered approach to teaching using creative and exciting methods to engage and stimulate

Working at Fire Station Nursery and Pre-School

  • 3 Rooms: 1 Baby Room, 1 Toddler Room, 1 Preschool
  • 45 Place nursery
  • Opening Times: 8am – 6pm
  • A outside space for all the children to enjoy, offering resources to ignite discovery.
  • A warm and friendly team that highly supports staff in a unique converted building.
  • Great transport links to mainline station and bus routes.

Age Range: Birth-5 years
OFSTED Rating: Good
