Camberwell Grove is a large, bright, and popular setting for children aged from birth to 5 years old. The nursery is located within walking distance from Denmark Hill mainline and overground as well as local bus routes. The Nursery has an impressive garden and the children who attend are happy and stimulated in their environment.
We are looking for a confident Deputy Manager to join the growing team and support the current managers. In this role, you will be leading your own room all while developing your team, building key relationships with colleagues, children, and their families.
Other aspects of the role are to support the Nursery Manager with the back-office functions, this can include but is not limited to interviewing new staff, handling parent queries, nursery show arounds, and organising staff rotas.
