We are recruiting for a Room leader to join our House of Commons Community Nursery located in the heart of Westminster. The nursery is a unique, catering exclusively for parents or carers with a permanent parliamentary pass who are either a Member of Parliament or their staff, House of Commons or PICT employee, House of Lords Peer or their staff, Press Gallery Media or Whitehall Parliamentary pass holder, or Contractor situated on the Parliamentary estate.
We are recruiting for a Room Leader who can create inspiring experiences for our children, whilst establishing a nurturing environment and encouraging bravery and curiosity in our children’s development. Our Room Leaders are role models to the team and support the management team deliver great practice for children and their families.
Full and relevant Childcare qualification at a Level 3 or equivalent
Strong knowledge of how to keep children safe within a nursery environment.
Child – centred, strong drive to deliver the quality child care.
A thirst to learn new skills and desire to be the best you can be and to support others to be the best they can be!
